Interblaktic producer and artist, Muzi announces new dates for his North American Tour after a postponement due to Covid-related travel restrictions. The tour is now set for a 28 May start in Bakersfield, California. The artists' 4th studio album, Interblaktic dropped on 1 October 2021 to global critical acclaim including reviews from Billboard, The Fader, Zane Lowe and Ebro via Apple Music, French Inter, i-D, and Radio Nova with two million streams and climbing.
The month-long Interblaktic tour will include stops in New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington DC and more as Muzi performs his much-loved genre-fluid, modern African music sets featuring music from Interblaktic.
Interblaktic features the recent collaboration between Muzi and Grammy winner Kaytranada, ‘I Know It’; a song that details Muzi's obsession with his phone as a way to comment on society's social media/phone codependency. The album also features an ode to African disco on ‘Come Duze’ featuring Limpopo’s breakout star Sho Madjozi, as well as cuts with fellow African artists Setso, Espacio Dios, Deltino Guerreiro, and The Temple.
