Platinum selling singer, song-writer Aubrey Qwana kicks off his 2022 in high gear with beautiful visuals for his single Ntaba featuring legendary maskandi icon, Khuzani.

Known for his meticulous depiction of South African culture, Aubrey Qwana has consistently captured audiences with visuals for songs such as his 2020 SAMA nominated, Double platinum selling hit single 'Molo' - approaching 6 Millions Views on YouTube.

'Ntaba', shot in KZN, in the picturesque valleys of Empendle, 30 Minutes from Pietermaritzburg as well as the iconic town of Nqutu, an hour out from iNkandla, tells the story of two lovers from different backgrounds who are separated as the man, played by Aubrey Qwana, has to go see his family emakhaya.

The video perfectly juxtaposes the lovers’ diverse backgrounds while depicting the distance between them created by the mountains and hills between them, as the song narrates. Viewers are taken on a journey that not only depicts life emakhaya but also showcases the beauty that the KZN Midlands has to offer.
