Nkosana Basil Matshoba, professionally known by his stage name ListenToFable, is a rapper, songwriter and producer from Spruitview, Johannesburg, South Africa. Fable started writing and creating music during his high school years in 2013, releasing his debut single with his high school rap group called Poetic Elements in the same year. After developing/growing his name throughout his high school career via school talent shows and using the internet to his advantage, he then went on to venture on his music career as a solo artist.

In 2019 Fable released his first mainstream collaboration with L-Tech from the famous TLT duo & the Award wining, Kid X titled Verstaan Produced by KimishiBeats. In 2021 he then had the opportunity to be part and collaborate with multi platinum and award winning producer, Makwa’s camp Mzonkonko.
