Fiery upcoming rapper Lucretius has finally released the official music video for his vibey single titled, 'Tumi Moliko' of February 2021.
Named after a close friend, 'Tumi Moliko' is an ode to young females taking up space in the entertainment industry. Sonically, the joy in the rapping and the pain within the vocals are juxtaposed very closely, further depicting the feelings of being a star on the rise. Lucretius also cleverly slips in the line ".. Drift off in Slick Car (Slikour), Theo Manjo" on the chorus of the song, sending us a shout out.
The song 'Tumi Moliko' is driven by a strong afrobeat influence while still falling in line with the energetic and lyrical style, that is Lucretius.
Shot by Authentic Media, Styled by Fifth Of Junes, Produced by Travis Coly, Mixed by Lucretius and Mastered by Kimon Rayne, make sure you check out the 'Tumi Moliko' music video below;
