Seasoned rapper and PTA talent, Jay Jody aka PJay sent out a tweet late last month responding to a fan's tweet regarding a solo project in 2022 - Yes, was his answer and this has gotten his fans / supporters ecstatic for the new year.
Collaborating with his lil bro, A-Reece on their freshly released collaborative album "heaveN caN waiT: thE narroW dooR voL 1" of December 2021, the well-received project is currently sitting on 1.3M streams on Apple Music alone!

The collaborative album with his brother gained him even more fans after proving himself worthy of a seat at the top with some of the realest, catchy and heartfelt verses/hooks that he delivered on "HCW". This is the reason behind the solo project requests. Though confirmed for the year 2022, this does not mean the end of the hip-hop duo B3nchmarQ, as TKayy is still involved in the making of the music, but is mostly centered on the engineering and production aspects.
With a mouthful of music we are promised to be fed this year, tell us below if you are keen to hear a solo body of work from Jay Jody? Because if it's as any good as "heaveN caN waiT", Jay Jody might be fighting for album of the year status.
