First Impression of @CaseKlowzed1of1 'Cold Dayz' Album

The first time I heard of Case-Klowzed was when I came across a video of him performing a song on Clout Cassette's IG page and I was immediately hooked by his style because his brand of melodic rap isn’t something that has caught on in the country, let alone at his level of execution. The first 5 tracks on the album see him attack up-tempo string-laden production, which seems to be his bag. Case-Klowzed displays a knack for knowing when to pack his flow with rapping or singing, which sets him apart. He rarely ever does either exclusively on the album and his delivery exists somewhere between singing and rapping, depending on what he wants to do. 

The second half of the album sees Case-Klowzed take on production with a much darker tone in comparison to the first half of the album. This shift sees him lean more towards singing with songs like ‘Luv u Better’ (feat. KLY) and he shows some vulnerability on the closing song titled ‘Klowzed (Outro)'. 

I wasn’t sure what I was walking into when I decided to listen to this album but I’m happy I came across it because he occupies a space with a glaring void in the game.
