@muziou Announces USA/CANADA Tour For January 2022

By @itsmanjobruh on 10/20/2021 in News

Last week, Interblaktic producer and artist, Muzi announced his North American Tour set for a 7 January 2022 start in Toronto, Canada. The artists' 4th studio album, Interblaktic dropped earlier this month (1 October 2021) to global critical acclaim including reviews from Billboard, The Fader, Zane Lowe and Ebro via Apple Music, French Inter, i-D, ~Radio Nova, amongst others.

The month-long Interblaktic tour will include stops in New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington DC and more as Muzi performs his much-loved genre-fluid, modern African music sets featuring music from Interblaktic.

Interblaktic features the recent collaboration between Muzi and Grammy winner Kaytranada, ‘I Know It’; a song that details Muzi's obsession with his phone as a way to comment on society's social media/phone codependency. The album also features an ode to African disco on ‘Come Duze’ featuring Limpopo’s breakout star Sho Madjozi, as well as cuts with fellow African artists Setso, Espacio Dios, Deltino Guerreiro, and The Temple.
