@prodbyechln & @sptmbr_yngstr Drop 'Do You Want It' with @_Red_Orion

By @Lesiba on 07/30/2021 in Music

ECLHN (pronounced eh-shuh-lon) and SPTMBR YNGSTR teamed up with vocalist Red Orion to deliver a masterpiece in 'Do You Want It'. When I first heard this song, I immediately felt like it was one of those really dope songs you would hear on FIFA. The song merges dance and Electronic seamlessly and Red Orion's vocals fit like a glove on the song. The song has moments where it feels like a House song blended with elements of Electronic music and other times it sounds like a full-blown Electronic song with sprinkles of alternative Hip Hop/R&B.

I think that's what I love most about this song. It really is a listening experience. All of the elements of the song feel like they are blended into this weird flavour that I didn't know I needed. It's so genre-fluid that I can play this song for my older cousins who grew up in the days when House was dominating the airwaves but at the same time I could play this for a group of friends who listen to Amapiano, Hip Hop and Alternative music, and they would all love it. They just make undeniably good music. The song is like a story... a moving piece even. It has different parts to it, each with its own chapter, so to speak. I love everything about this song. It's the type of genre-fluid music I would love to hear more of. Stream 'Do You Want It' below.
