He's really about the raps.. Priddy Ugly sticks to his word by redefining rap culture in South African hip-hop as his upcoming sophomore album will be just that, centered around real life issues.
Releasing his second single from 'Soil', we can already hear where Priddy Ugly is going with his sound and theme for the album. Produced by ShooterKhumz and co-produced by Zoocci Coke Dope, the new single 'Woah, Woah' is for the conscious rap lovers.
Quotable: "We've been stuck in the streets busy ducking police like woah, woah" - You don't need to be a South African to know what's happening in our country with the ongoing violence and looting, it sounds like Priddy Ugly is rapping in real time (mind you, the songs were recorded prior to all the unfortunate events taking place today).
Priddy Ugly's fifth studio album, 'Soil' will be available on all streaming services next week Wednesday, the 28th of July, and the two already released singles should determine your excitement for the album.
