With the current situation we're facing as the world, it is impossible to move around like it's the year 2019, especially in the events entertainment industry.
Today, Rocking The Daisies announce their cancellation of this year's event that was meant to take place in October.
"Our hands are tied as events are illegal and this is the most responsible decision all round for our ticket holders and supporters who remained front-of-mind throughout the process. Given the mass about of logistics associated to an event of our size, we cannot hedge our bets on anything currently given the uncertainty and volatility of our territory at the moment"
"Although ticket buyers accept the Terms and Conditions of the festival when purchasing a ticket which state our no refunds policy – we understand that are times are tough and that people are going through a lot right now, hence we have opened up a refunds window – if people do not opt for the rollover option. We understand this is against the norm of what many other events have done in our position during this period, but for us – our supporters were front of mind with this showcase of faith to them."
