Penned by Billington, Paul Gala and Mia van Wyk, the dark retro Synthwave inspired single, titled “Without a Warning”, sheds light on issues surrounding mental health and serves as a stark reminder that appearances at face value can be deceiving.

Through distorted baselines and carefully crafted lyrics, “Without a Warning” speaks about the inner turmoil of the mind, which is something that the singer feels very strongly about, having dealt with anxiety, depression and low self-esteem for many years.
