The film provides a backstage glimpse of his personal recording process and shares in the conception to birth of the Dankie San album as we honorably revisit and celebrate ‘Pro’ Linda Mkhize’s crowning achievement on his unforgettable 2007 album.
Promising a thorough examination of the undeniable influence an album of its caliber has had over the twelve years since its’ release as well as a look at the overall sweeping socio-cultural impact in inspiring the next generation of MCs and the general youth.
The documentary contains interviews of the rapper himself, exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and clips of Pro Linda Mkhize during the recording process featuring sit-downs with AKA, DJ Sbu, Dome, Omen, Tee Pee, Maggz, Kamza & Buks of Ivy League, Wandi of Loxion Kulca and appearances by Slikour, Bozza, Shugasmakx, Mapaputsi, Kwesta and Ntsiki Mazwai.
