DJ pH managed to turn quarantining into a positive with as he and Shimza hosted a 'Quarantine Online Party'. The line-up included some of South Africa's favourite DJ's like DJ Zinhle, DJ Maphorisa, Kabza De Small, and Black Motion. The Quarantine Online Party was a success with thousands of people streaming it live on Facebook. Other artists like Busiswa applauded DJ pH's innovative approach to quarantine. In light of what is happening in the country and world at large, South African hip hop veteran, Slikour took a moment to share what he thinks the digital space will look like moving forward and how this will affect creatives. Slikour also offers some advice on what he thinks creatives need to do in order to capitalise on the shift in the digital space. Sizwe Dhlomo amongst other celebrities took to twitter to express their concerns about Covid-19 and how the nation is dealing with the matter. To close things off, Reason gave one lucky twitter user a verse on his song after he ran a poll to decide if he should jump on the song or not. We all know how talented Solo is right? He recently shared that he really enjoys songwriting. Could this mean he is already working on some new songs for other artists?
