The Sobering Podcast start the season off the right way by inviting and featuring the one and only Maglera Doe Boy, one of South Africa's most promising wordsmith on episode 4.

We had Maglera Doe Boy feature on our Hot On The Streets for the month of January. The Sobering Podcast had a glimpse of the videos and the music to get a better understanding of Maglera Doe Boy and inviting them and new fans to Maglera's world. Maglera Doe Boy lets us know what it's like growing up in Kanana, an underdeveloped township of Klerksdorp plagued with drugs and a huge violent crime rate. A place where he sharpened his pen skills and influenced to some drugs in his teen years and lost some of his homies through all that exploring life.

It's not all dark and grotesque with Maglera, he shares and speaks on his beautiful family dynamic and what his relationship with Khuli Chana and the rest of Morafe is like with the Sobering Podcast.
