@scoopmakhathini & @Nadia_nakai Are The Hosts Of @MTVBaseSouth's 'YO! MTV Raps Africa'

MTV has been the home of pop culture and entertainment since its inception. With their young shows, entertaining hosts, and the hot content they broadcasted around the world, everyone knows MTV for its commitment to pop culture. 30 years ago, YO! MTV Raps aired in the United States and last year in Septemeber the network announced that local renditions of the show would debut in Africa, United Kingdom, Germany, and Southeast Asia. 

In South Africa, audiences will be hosted by Scoop Makhathini and Nadia Nakai! Where Scoop is known to be a type of guru regarding hip-hop, particularly in South Africa, Nadia participates in South Africa's hip-hop scene as a rapper and songwriter. Their first few guests will include Sho Madjozi, Riky Rick, Kwesta, and YoungstaCPT. If its predecessor American version is anything to go by, YO! MTV Raps Africa will be another positive addition to TV entertainment.
