Beyoncé has had the Beyhive in all sorts of high spirits and excitement. Homecoming dropped on Netflix, next to the Homecoming live album, and Lemonade just made it onto all streaming platforms three years later. While all of this is going on, music lovers are turning to some of her older hits, like "Me, Myself And I."
One rapper who recently took a stroll down memory lane is ShabZi Madallion. Just yesterday, he dropped a freestyle fashioned after Queen B's hit single. He describes his rationale as him having been inspired by the Houston native's drive with the release of her Netflix doccie. In the freestyle, ShabZi lightly touches on topics like love, friendship, and depression. Is this an ode to Beyoncé, I wouldn't say so, but it is worth a few listens. Enjoy!
