People will advocate they're the best rappers without presenting anything to back their claims. OwToo, a Johannesburg based rapper, just dropped his single "OLD BOY." On first listen, the song's beat is infectious and makes you want to hear more. Thankfully, OwToo flows over the beat in such a way where it never comes across as if he's lost to the beat. Granted, there were occasions where making out exactly what he's saying may get sticky, though this should improve with more work in the game. His flow is nice, only time and more releases will tell what becomes of OwToo's music. However, what we can say is that this guy is one to watch.
