It was a few months ago when Nasty C was awarded a silver Play Button from YouTube. The award is given to YouTube’s most popular channels based on their subscribes, and whether or not a channel receives the award is at the sole discretion of YouTube. Nasty C carries on living up to the award as he draws in numbers to his channel.

About a week ago, the visuals for “SMA” debuted in a three part series. A video each day for three days where Nasty C and Rowlene told the story of young love. A lot of anticipation was built since the announcement of the videos, and as it dropped, over a million people had their fingertips ready.
Clocking one million views in just 5 days, part 1 of “SMA” has Africa’s coolest kid maintaining his silver play button status. The new goal is to reach 10 million; perhaps on all the videos with your help of course!
