@itsYangaChief Joins The Sony Music Family

By @Nokulunga_Maqubela on 03/07/2019 in News

During a Red Couch conversation, Yanga Chief addressed the issue of rappers lacking skillful teams to support and manage their careers.

His words, “When it comes to being a rapper, you definitely don’t need a degree, that’s a fact. I just feel that as much as I support this new blood movement that’s happening, we’re giving advice to so many artists and there are hundreds and hundreds of kids that we are putting into this system. My question is; who is going to manage these kids?”

Practicing what he preaches, he called it and followed it. Yanga Chief has just joined Sony Music under a licensing deal! We are about to see and hear more of Yanga Chief with his new family as he embarks on a journey to becoming a musical sensation.
