Listen To @itsmesipho & @oshxku Take On Love With #GoodThingsComeIn3s

While Valentine's Day and its anti-event, the fictitious 2019 Men's Conference, are finally at bay, Sipho The Gift and Innanetwav producer - Oshoku - have teamed up for a 3 act project centred around themes of love.

The dreamy project comes as a surprise with Sipho taking the spotlight on the mic. I must confess, I haven't heard Sipho rap like this in a minute since he dropped his summery single, "Hold Up," last year.  By the time you get to "WAVES," which is the last track, you're already in denial of the fact that the project is done. Oshoku creates the most perfect backdrop for Sipho's sweet laments as he raps about a "shorty" that has his undivided attention. My favourite thing about this project, although dreamy sounding, is that it's not executed in a typical manner despite the overarching theme of love and passion. There's a perfect balance in Sipho's clear cut rhymes accompanied by Oshoku's subtle instrumentals that carry romantic touches in the piano keys and a saxophone at some point. Tap into this EP and send a message to the fellas that we need the fuller version of this pronto!
