I’m trying to think of moments where we heard Reason and Zakwe in one track, there was the “Now Or Never Callout,” and that’s just about it, as far as I can remember. From that track, Reason has been slowly dropping verses in a tongue that is not English. His verse on “Salad” by Mr Beef, and a couple of others in his recent album “Azania,” and for the most part, he does this well too.
After much practice, he is ready to go head to head with one of South Africa's finest Zulu emcees, he made the call and it was heeded. The time is now and we might just be treated to a Reason and Zakwe collaboration. This is an exciting one.
