The countdown to the first ever Cotton Fest is getting lesser by the day as the event is set to be unlocked this weekend and ahead of that, Riky Rick has been doing much promotion for the anticipated event. After dropping the line up to questions of Cassper Nyovest's noticeable absence - which Mufasa addressed kindly, he has been dropping fire images with the event's merch dorned by cotton eaters. He has also dropped a short series which he self produced titled SENTIMENTAL where some of the artists on the bill share what moves them creatively.
Master Makhado has just taken it to the top now by revealing a billboard of the event's line up mounted on the M1 highway near the Woodmead offramp. Much to fan's curiosity, however, AKA's name is not present in the first row as it was in the initial line up he shared on social media. Whether this means that the Supa Mega is no longer part of the event, or a simple oversight, is devoid of confirmation but we are certainly hyped about the idea of driving past something that hip hop put together on a highway that is accessible to many South African citizens of all walks of life. How far are you with your ticket my friend? I wouldn't suggest you wait for the day of the event to cop tickets, you might be disappointed. Congratulations Makhado, let's keep multiplying.
