Ahead of its release, Tellaman has shared the cover art and tracklist for his debut album, God Decides. The album is now available on digital stores for pre-order, with three singles available, “Hit Me Up +27737088688,” “No Sharing (The Distance),” and “Crew Lit.”
“Crew Lit” featuring on the album shouldn’t come as a surprise, given that the song has been a breakout track for Tellaman. The cell phone number in “Hit Me Up” is sure to garner a few voicemail messages from hopeful fans seeking the rapper out, as the MTN line is active. Even though the line is never answered, the feeling of dialing a celebrity’s number per a song’s instruction is reminiscent of the days when Soulja Boy had people singing “Kiss Me Through The Phone.” On a different sound is “No Sharing (The Distance),” a single nostalgic of a time when Caribbean to American crossover music ran the music charts. The single also features some acoustic vocals, a hint of soul, and an overall feel good vibe.
