Big shot, finisher, punisher! The Supa Mega, AKA, strikes again as he adds yet another accolade to his name after the massive 2018 that he's had. From going platinum with Touch My Blood, having his Cruz Watermelon flavour return as a Luxury Edition, and finally launching his newly renamed app, AKA did not come to play with us all and he's not stopping any time soon.
After what one can term as one of the biggest songs of 2018 with Fela In Versace, AKA has won himself Soundcity MVP Award's highly contested Best African Hip Hop Artist gong. Nominated against the likes of M.I Abaga, Sarkodie, Phyno, Falz, Kwesta, and Nasty C to highlight a few, emerging victorious in this category is a huge nod. This victory sets the year off for AKA who vows to do more international work in 2019. While we wait for him to reveal his cards as the year progresses, we can already look forward to his Comedy Central Roast which will be happening next month where he will be giving away his money to charity after the event. Have you got your ticket yet? Hurry up and do the right thing! Congratulations on another one Doro, let the games begin!
