Over a year ago, Jay Rock teased a possible feature with Detroit artist, Tee Grizzley, on Instagram. The track did not surface on both artists' projects released during the year leading fans to speculate it would be released as a loosie. The rapper proved the assumptions correct when he released the song, Sh*t Real, earlier this week. He returns today with its slick new music video.
The visuals see Jay along with an associate committing a house burglary before having to duck a bullet in their escape. Tee Grizzley appears at a car warehouse where he and the TDE rapper count up racks. I am clearly not a street dude because I am perplexed by how after the robbery all the two partners in crime could discuss was the beautiful woman they encountered and weed. The message on both the song and the visuals match the video, just like most of Rock's music videos this year, it's captivating and tells an authentic hood story. Peep the new visuals below.
