@blackthought - Get Outlined

Black Thought has just returned to the scene with a brand new project titled Streams of Thought Vol. 2 which sees him collaborate with producer Salaam Remi. The EP acts as a follow up to his release earlier this year alongside 9th Wonder titled the same. It's a known fact that when Thought releases a project we need to be ready for a wave of bars to decode and no other song on the project embodies this fact more than Get Outlined. 

The track finds the rapper spitting over a lively rap instrumental as he addresses the state of the industry whilst explaining the surroundings that contributed to the unique sound he has today. The emcee also takes a shot at what has come to be known as SoundCloud rappers for all sounding similar. Besides the lyrical excellence Black Thought displays on this song, hip hop purists will also be drawn by the ideas the rapper presents over this old school instrumental. Peep the new track below.
