Exactly a year after the release of his debut project, Syre, Jaden Smith dropped a new project titled The Sunset Tapes: A Cool Tape Story. The project forms part of Jaden's Cool Tape series which the rapper used to explore his hip hop artistry early on.
One of the more turnt tunes on the new project has to be Plastic. On his more melodic flows that many would argue are inspired by the late XXXTentacion, the song sees the rapper jump on a bass heavy, shimmer bell driven instrumental and rap about all the fakeness he sees in the industry. Though the rapper released the project without a lead single, this song would have been the most obvious choice with its dancy, excitable vibe. If you were a fan of Jaden's recent highlights, Goku and Icon, off the Syre project then this song will be an immediate favourite for you. Peep the song below.
