In many ways, Method Man and Redman are still the embodiment of the ideal hip hop duo even so many years after their prime. Fans have been speculating a possible collab project from the two of them especially because they are already working on a film together. While we continue to speculate the possibilities of another Blackout album, the two release some new music together tapping Hanz On and Streetlife in the process for a track titled Wild Cats.
Jumping on a Lord of Brooklyn sample, the track sees the four rappers flex their lyrical expertise. Nothing speaks emcee than the ability to spit complex flows without losing sense in your message and the rappers deliver impeccably in this aspect. I respect how Method Man appropriately made sure to have the standout verse on the song given that the track is a highlight from his upcoming project, The Meth Lab 2: The Lithium.
