We catch up with one of SA's finest lyricists and musicians, Maraza, at his live show after he has been rather quiet on the scene. Putting together the #MarazaExperience, which was more than satisfying by the way, he has found new energy to come back out from his hiding to give us new music soon.
He talks to us about why he has almost removed himself from the music scene, what his silence really was about, and what he's learned in the whole process. Speaking out about depression during the live show, Maraza adds his voice to a number of artists who have faced this demon and still try to manoeuvre themselves to better days through it all. On the bright side, we'll be getting a live album from this experience and after that, even more music from the musician. We can't wait for it all, we are here for you Nduna.
