In an era where uniformity is the norm, there are very few artists that can confidently claim to be original. This, fortunately, is an area where Young Thug excels with his unique melodies and emotive voice which is what the rapper delivers on one of the tunes on his latest album On The Rvn called High alongside Elton John. 

The track sees Thugger effortlessly lay down melodic verses on a piano lead rap instrumental while Elton John sings the uplifting hook to the song. Though the lyrical content of the song sees Jefferey brag about his lavish lifestyle, the mood of the whole song is a rather emotional one. Intergenre features usually don't work but I'm glad to say that Thug and Elton pulled it off on this one. Take a listen.
