JR's Feel Good Live Sessions are officially back in motion and they made their first TV debut this past week on MTV Base with house music star, Busiswa, taking the stage. This coming Friday is set to be a hip hop week as they have just announced that Kid X, who recently dropped his debut album Thank Da King, will be performing.
The rapper will be the first hip hop act to be introduced in this season's sessions and it will be fascinating to see how he approaches it with his maskandi, kwaito, and hip hop infused sound. The episode will be aired at 21:30 on MTV Base and uploaded on Youtube for viewing on Friday at 12:00. Make sure to check it out, "were live baby!"
We are off to a great start! Now, stay tuned to see ep/2 of the @FGLiveSessions hosted by @JRAfrika. Catch us on @MTVBaseAfrica channel 322 at 21h30 on Thursday to check out the talented @kidxsa
