(2/2) @Rikyrickworld On Why Artists Get Depressed, Money Education & Working With Vaseline

By @Spokenpriestess on 09/19/2018 in Balcony Interview

In part 2 of our sit down with Riky Rick we delve deeper into the conversation of depression and how artists become susceptible to it. He and Slikour exchange experiences on what they went through and how they dealt with it, which is really powerful to witness.

On that note, they talk about the genuineness of music and the growing need for fans to connect with artists on a deeper level beyond the pretence we are so often fed. This conversation, I believe, is the kind of discussion we should be having more and louder in order to change the narrative that people only want to see the extremely good times of an artist's life. Closing off the chat, they talk about what it means for Riky to be a Vaseline ambassador in their latest campaign right before Slikour hands the balcony over to Riky. TOLD YOU we won't be on regular programming for long. There you have it!
