(1/2) @Rikyrickworld On Message Music, Taking A Break & The Wounds Of Black People

By @Spokenpriestess on 09/18/2018 in Balcony Interview

We're back to regular programming, well FOR NOW, with the Balcony Interview and we sit down with Riky Rick who comes off his hiatus from the music scene. He talks to us about how he wants to make his music from now on, along with what inspired the sound on his latest single, I Can't Believe It.

He talks to us about why his album, Family Values, was so imperative for him, also delving into what moved him to take a break from the game. With the rise of depression, or rather awareness of its rife existence in the music industry, Riky touches on what may cause that in artists, along with why a lot of young people fall deeper into drug use. Let them with ears understand these gems that Makhado is dropping.
