Runtown has been silent in the music front in 2018, except for a few features the rapper hasn't released any new music of his own. He changes all that as he taps UK Grime artist Fekky for a new track along with a music video called Unleash. 

The song stays close to the rapper's known style of downtempo, melodic music as he addresses the struggles of being in the entertainment industry. UK rapper Fekky takes a verse on the song and flexes his successes in the game. The red themed visuals sustain the concept of the track with the rappers flexing their jewelry and opulent lifestyle right through the visuals.
