As the country continues to celebrate and mourn the loss of SA hip hop icon, Linda "PRO" Mkhize, news on his memorial service has been confirmed for this week at Newtown Music Factory (the old Bassline). On Thursday, the 16th of August 2018, PRO's legacy, life, and music will be celebrated at the venue which is not new to many a music head.
Since his passing last week, fans have been sharing their fondest memories of the rapper who has touched many lives in one way or the other through his music. His album Heads And Tales, as well as DNA have also been published online allowing fans to go back in time to when they first started falling in love with the late artist. All fans are encouraged to join in on celebrating his memory this coming Thursday as we begin the sore journey of saying our goodbyes. May his memory continue to burn in our hearts forever and a day.
