Hear ye, hear ye, the moment we've all been waiting for is finally here!
After countless complaints from fans about them not adding the African continent to their tours, it appears Beyoncé and Jay Z will finally be coming to the mother land for a good cause. Cassper Nyovest just shared a poster of this year's Global Citizen Festival which he's booked to perform at, sharing the stage with the Carters, Sho Madjozi, Tiwa Savage and the likes. The news was reported back in March when Tyler Perry, Oprah Winfrey as well as Usher were said to be coming to the country. The festival is a day after Fill Up Moses Mabhida, what an epic after party!
The festival is a movement to help end extreme poverty by 2030 and is a six-month campaign in support of the United Nation's sustainable development goals. Mama Winnie has given us a signal.
