Sowetan hip hop group, 985, is here to end their long musical hiatus since releasing their second project back in 2010 titled Re-Dial 985. The group's first project helped gain them much attention to further branch out into the country with their authentic kasi raps. Their singles Shapa and Utlwa became immediate favourites amongst the group's supporters and after taking a break for over 5 years, they reunite for a new single titled Sotra ahead of their forthcoming album. Over a trap influenced instrumental, the group brings high energies to the song while also proclaiming their place as one of the best groups to come out of South Africa.
Their upcoming album is titled Missed Calls and is set for release later this year. Welcome back, fellas!
