The single, though not in isolation, could have even played a huge role in securing him the lyricist of the year awards at the South African Hip Hop Awards in 2017. It is therefore not surprising that the Cape Town mc alongside the producer of the song, Psykobeats, have just released a video documentary of the track.
The 8-minute long clip takes you through the whole process of how the song came into being. It goes through the production of the track, how the hook and some of the lyrics came about, all the way to the mixing and mastering of the whole thing.
