We're edging that much closer to the arrival of Blaklez' Baby Brother album and he has given us a new signal by sampling the hook of one song we presume will find its way onto the album's tracklist.
He shared a blacked out clip with music playing in the background, a mesmerising hook rendering words that remind me of Jerah and Thantaswa's Cry, Kill & Die which blew the house scene up some many years back. The vocals you hear are of the gifted songstress Lucille Slade. The song itself has a tinge of deep house elements to it which I feel will quickly hook his Cap City fan base by the heart. You already know that the Rap Steve Biko is spitting knowledge from just the two lines you hear which means that the track will be cross over to beyond just the Pretoria crowd. We can't wait for it all. Take your time Lez, we'll be right here camping for that album's arrival.
