@rapsody - Pay Up

Rapsody's 2017 album, Lailas Wisdom, has been receiving a lot of love in the industry, even earning her 2 nominations at last year's Grammy awards. The success of the album has not stopped her from continuing to promote the album as she has just dropped a new music video for one of the songs on the album called Pay Up. 

This video sees people at a theater watching a movie of a man in a relationship with a woman who is fed up with him not stepping up financially. He offers her flowers on their anniversary and tries to reason with her, however, she is all but tired of him and decides to end their relations right there and there. This has onlookers and those at the cinema erupting in laughter and jubilation. The video is filled with fun and humour, as well as some important lessons in between.
