It's Flame and Zoocci Coke Dope Day as Do Not Disturb (Season 1) lands for the masses to finally hear. The collaboration is uncanny although perfectly expected as the two artists are team mates. The one thing you will love about the project is how much space they give each other while also sharing some good chemistry like on Company.
With both of them being talented producers, they own most of the project's sound with BLFR coming in to lend a hand on a track or two. The sound is refreshing, a fusion of hip hop, trap, pop, and even some major RnB influences for good measure. Do Not Disturb is mad laid back and quite pleasant on the ear as Flame and Zoocci flex their impressive rap and vocal skills throughout the piece. We're quite impressed with how nothing is taken for granted, you hear this in the detail of the piano on Just Another Interlude, or in the constant vocal clips sampled throughout the project. As if you thought you got the hang of things, they throw in the groovy Thinking About You which has a afrobeat/pop kick to it which catches you off guard but doesn't fail to put a smile on your face. I think this is one of my favourites, it has a cross over feel to it and I can see multiple crowds of different walks of life dancing to it.
This is a dope effort and its length of play makes it that much more attractive 'cause you can enjoy it on your drive somewhere or play it on loop for longer days. The scene is set for the meteoric growth of new stars right before our eyes with this effort. Let them with ears understand!
