Hip hop's rockstar, Post Malone, finally dropped his Beerbongs & Bentleys album and towards the bottom of the project are the more sombre sounding jams of which Otherside is a perfect highlight of.
The track has an upbeat tempo to it but there's an underlying pop sadness in the song's belly. He sounds unhappy as he sings about a love that seems to have eluded him. Ke di love back nou so as he fails to come to terms with the fact that things are not the same as he sings about his love in past tense. The song becomes much darker the minute you latch onto his longing lyrics. A very well done song.
