Coca-Cola connected both Jason Derulo and Cassper Nyovest together for the new FIFA World Cup theme song, Colours, ahead of Derulo's album and the soccer matches officially taking place from the 14th of June. Last month the beverage company held a press conference where they spoke more about the collaboration as well as the theme and reason why Mufasa was chosen for the song, which is pretty intoxicating as both artists speak about representing one's country and flag - "hands up for your colours."
As Jason keeps to his crisp vocals, Cassper brings some local flavour to the energetic song. It's a cocktail of different sounds which makes sense considering the different people coming from all around the globe for the world cup. The song is one of the other versions made which feature different artists from around the world. We need a music video for this one, or better yet, a performance at the world cup opening ceremony!
