It's D-day as Major League DJz drop the beautiful visual for Uthando, a moving track about self love and overcoming deppresion. The sentimental track was done to celebrate oneself and send a message of hope for everyone out there who faces hell in silence.
We spoke to Banele, Bandile, and Cassper Nyovest about why they worked on such a track together and what inspired it to find that they too wanted to share their personal victory and shed light on how much depression and anxiety is taken for granted. The music video illustrates various scenarios of misery, broken love (domestic abuse), brotherhood, family love and great friendship, showing multiple sides of this universal language we all seek to understand on a daily. We love the softness of the video in how they kept it simple and almost empty in the frames creating a feeling of loneliness to be filled by love. In instances throughout the video we see everyday people happy in their daily lives which gives you a feeling of warmth. Bathathe Alie on the Keyz! A well produced track with a powerful message and a heartwarming motion picture to match. Shout out to the boys for always connecting with the people.
