I can imagine a Dj Envy introduction at the beginning, "Morning everybody, it's Dj Envy, Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha God - we are the Breakfast Club. Today we have a special drop, my man Da L.E.S' new album Hall Of Fame 2 hosted by yours truly." Too bad it's not there.
Da L.E.S delivers the sequel to his well-received Hall Of Fame album featuring a bunch of the industry's top artists like Khuli Chana, Gemini Major, and Buffalo Souljah. Something that stands out for me with the project is how Da L.E.S managed to put all the featured artists on a pedestal to give them love and show appreciation for their contributions to the industry, which is what I picked up from the initial concept. It could get pretty hard to try and top this so all you should do is purchase the project on iTunes and enjoy the music.
