@Eminem ft @edsheeran - River

We get a new emotive visual by the GOAT, Eminem, for his Ed Sheeran assisted song, River, lifted off his Revival album. The music video is so impeccable as it delves into the depths of how crooked "love" can get. I think we all know that Eminem is quite the love pessimist himself so he always paints the most perfect broken pictures about relationships.

In River, he and Ed Sheeran take centre stage as it appears as though they are talking to a therapist of sort on camera who inquires about their relationships. Throughout the video we see intercepts of their relationships, Em's affair especially, versus these personal diaries where they recount the experiences in the relationship. The ties in this motion picture are so complicated and quite dramatic but they are also a reminder that love is a huge effort, and that more often that not, things will go terribly wrong before they get better - if they do. We're loving the fact that Eminem is still that guy that explores the brokenness of institutions in society. Bravo!
