We were out at Khuli Chana and Absolut's latest reveal for their One Source Live festival which will take place on the 24th of March 2018. The event was so well executed with the attention to detail on every touch point making the experience quite unforgettable. The launch was basically to take us through the next level of Khuli Chana and Absolut's collaboration which now spreads to include Sho Madjozi and Trevor Stuurman on the South African side.
The new campaign is about Africans taking the power into their hands to tell their stories their own way by changing the way the world sees African art. This extends off the foot of the One Source Live festival which will be a massive playground for African creatives all over the continent in music, fashion, ideas and art. Khuli explains to us how he's managed to keep his relationship with Absolut solid for this long, while Loot Love shares her views on the importance of such a collaboration with a big brand. Smash Afrika, who was the host on the night, speaks on the state of SA Hip Hop right now adding that the time is opportune for artists who cater to the authentic South African sound.
