We were present at the exclusive video screening for Major Lazer and Dj Maphorisa's massive collaboration for Particula. The cool thing about this is that the screening was part of a world wide screening day in multiple countries before the video went live online.
We got to speak to Major Lazer's African representative Elena about how the collaboration came about when she told us that it's been a 5 year long journey to this crazy song. She explains just how it all came about and why they chose to work with Dj Maphorisa out of everyone else. Catching up with Nasty C, he explains to us that the song was done about two years ago and he played a part in some of the concept.
