Yesterday was International Day of The Girl and to celebrate it, Queen B had a music video that honoured the day shot portraying every girl around the world for her song titled Freedom taken from the Lemonade album. The song and the music video represent the message Beyonce wanted to drive when she released her album, she showed that she stands for woman empowerment and celebrates diversity. This video aims to raise awareness to issues surrounding females around the world. In the video we see young girls from across the globe lipsyncing and dancing as the song plays in the background with motivational and descriptive words appearing on screen. The visual is released in conjunction with Chime For Change and Global Goals to spread the message of fighting for various freedoms for girls around the world. Beautiful.
