It's crazy how life works in your favour sometimes. In part 2 of our studio sit down with Rouge, we're chopping up chapter 2 of her album which embodies the trap influence on it. She takes us back to how she actually got into rap which was late in her life as she was initially a singer. Thank the music gods that her friends actually managed to convince her to try scripting these rhymes. 

Rouge tells us about how her leading single Celebrity was formed. The story is so bizarre but I'm sure we've heard many tales about people like the guy she mentions who took her for a ride and pretended to know the Supa Mega eventually crushing Rouge's spirit. This fake rejection by AKA is what fueled Rouge to do better, practice more and push herself harder. The universe came to her rescue and brought AKA to her through her own performance and the rest as they say is history. What a victorious story.
